Please read these terms carefully before using WeTend. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and naturemomo Inc. operating under the WeTend brand.
WeTend is a life administration service operated by naturemomo Inc., a California corporation, doing business as WeTend. Our service provides professional mothers and high-achieving women with a dedicated human coordinator who handles administrative tasks on their behalf under a signed delegated authority.
WeTend is an administrative coordination service. We are not lawyers, financial advisors, physicians, or licensed professionals in any regulated field. Nothing we do constitutes legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or professional services requiring a California license. For matters requiring professional licensed judgment, consult the appropriate professional directly.
To use WeTend you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@wetend.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it promptly if your information changes.
To receive coordination services you must sign a delegated authority form. This document is a limited authorization allowing your WeTend coordinator to act as your administrative representative for specific tasks you define. The delegated authority:
You may revoke your delegated authority at any time by contacting hello@wetend.io. Revocation takes effect within 24 hours of our receipt of your written request. Tasks already in progress at the time of revocation will be completed or returned to you incomplete depending on their stage.
WeTend currently offers the following services:
Pricing is subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days notice before changing the price of an active subscription.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Monthly retainer subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@wetend.io with at least 5 business days notice before your next billing date.
Under California law (Business and Professions Code Section 17600 et seq.), automatic renewal subscriptions require clear disclosure. By subscribing to a monthly retainer you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Founding onboarding: Non-refundable once your coordinator has begun your onboarding, which occurs within 24 hours of your payment. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work to make it right, including a credit toward a retainer or a partial refund at our discretion.
Monthly retainer: You may cancel at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months already billed but will not bill you for subsequent months after cancellation is confirmed.
Service failures: If WeTend fails to deliver agreed services due to our error, we will provide a credit or refund proportional to the services not delivered.
We will assign you a qualified coordinator who handles your delegated tasks with care, professionalism, and confidentiality. We will provide Day 2 and Day 5 updates on active tasks. We will send you a completion summary when tasks are finished. We will communicate proactively if we encounter obstacles that prevent us from completing a task.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Administrative tasks sometimes encounter obstacles outside our control including third parties that do not respond, government systems that are unavailable, or insurance companies that deny claims. We will make reasonable efforts to complete every task and will clearly communicate when obstacles arise.
You agree to use WeTend only for lawful purposes and only to coordinate legitimate administrative tasks. You may not use WeTend to:
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any task that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. Your coordinator will not share your personal information with anyone except as necessary to complete your delegated tasks, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
By accepting these terms you acknowledge that your coordinator will share limited information about you with third parties when performing your delegated tasks. This sharing is authorized by you through the delegated authority form.
The WeTend brand, website, Life OS dashboard design, content, and methodology are trademarks and intellectual property of naturemomo Inc. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Content you provide to WeTend, including the description of your tasks and personal information, remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the services you have requested.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, naturemomo Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to lost income, missed appointments, or outcomes resulting from administrative tasks handled on your behalf.
We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of third parties, including insurance companies, healthcare providers, government agencies, or vendors, even when your coordinator contacts them on your behalf.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable California law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless naturemomo Inc., its officers, coordinators, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or false information you provided to us or to third parties through our service.
You may stop using WeTend at any time by cancelling your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or if your use of the service creates legal or reputational risk for WeTend or our coordinators. We will give you reasonable notice before terminating your account except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Upon termination you may request a copy of your data within 30 days. After 30 days we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you have a complaint about our service, contact us first at hello@wetend.io. We resolve most complaints within 10 business days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Los Angeles County, California before filing any legal action. The costs of mediation will be shared equally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and naturemomo Inc. regarding WeTend and supersede any prior agreements.
We may update these terms when our practices change or when law requires. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of WeTend after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms you may cancel your account before the effective date.
