1. Who we are

WeTend is a trademark and service operated by naturemomo Inc., a California corporation. Our principal place of business is in Los Angeles, California. References to "WeTend," "we," "us," or "our" mean naturemomo Inc. operating under the WeTend brand.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Your professional role and contact information
• Information about your household, children, work, health, finances, and administrative needs you share with us
• Names, ages, schools, and health information of your minor children, collected from you as their parent or guardian
• Insurance information and claims data you share so we can handle insurance-related tasks
• Vendor contacts, appointment details, financial account references, and household information so your coordinator can act on your behalf
• Your signed delegated authorization form
• Payment information processed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Sensitive personal information: Because of the nature of our service, we collect information California law classifies as sensitive, including health and medical information about you and your minor children, insurance information, and financial account references. We collect this only because you provided it so we can perform the services you requested. We do not use sensitive personal information for any other purpose.

Information generated automatically:

• Log data including IP address and browser type
• Usage data showing how you interact with your dashboard
• Cookies necessary for authentication and session management only

3. How we use your information

• Delivering the WeTend service: your coordinator uses your information to handle the administrative tasks you have delegated
• Maintaining your Life OS dashboard with current task statuses
• Sending coordinator updates, completion summaries, and service notifications
• Processing payments for onboarding and retainer services
• Improving our service based on how the platform is used
• Meeting our legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use automated decision-making technology that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How we share your information

• With your coordinator: Your assigned coordinator accesses your information to perform your delegated tasks under strict confidentiality obligations.
• With third parties on your behalf: When your coordinator acts under your delegated authority, they share only the information necessary for that specific task. You authorized this when you signed the delegated authority form.
• With infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication, US servers), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Resend (transactional email) process data on our behalf under strict agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.
• If required by law: We may disclose information in response to a valid court order. Where permitted we will notify you first.
• Business transfers: If naturemomo Inc. is acquired, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before any transfer and give you the opportunity to delete your account.

We will never sell your personal information. We will never share it with advertisers or marketing platforms.

5. Children's information

WeTend is a service for adults. We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13.

As part of our household administration service, you may provide information about your minor children. This is collected from you as the parent or guardian and is used solely to provide the services you requested. Under California law effective January 1, 2026, all personal information relating to individuals under 16 is classified as sensitive personal information and receives heightened protection. We apply this standard to all children's information we receive regardless of age.

6. Data security

• Encryption of all data in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256
• Row-level security ensuring each client's data is accessible only to that client and authorized WeTend coordinators
• Strong password requirements and two-factor authentication support
• Access controls limiting coordinator access to only what is needed for your specific tasks
• Infrastructure hosted on Supabase with SOC 2 Type II compliance

We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting hello@wetend.io. We will delete your information within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where required by law to retain it.

8. Your privacy rights

Regardless of where you live, we honor the following rights:

Opt out of sale	We do not sell or share personal information. This right is automatically honored.
Revoke authorization	Revoke your delegated authority at any time by contacting us. Takes effect within 24 hours.
Non-discrimination	Exercising any privacy right will not affect the quality or price of your WeTend service

To exercise any right, email hello@wetend.io with your name, email, and the right you are exercising. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

9. California Delete Act

WeTend is not a data broker as defined under California law. We do not sell, license, trade, or share personal information with third parties for their independent use. The California Delete Act does not apply to our operations.

10. Cookies

We use cookies only for essential functions: keeping you logged in and maintaining session security. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but doing so will prevent you from logging into your dashboard.

11. Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. For changes affecting how we use sensitive personal information, we will obtain your consent before the change takes effect.
